l have more prints than the maximum I can upload?
Once you have made your order, you can delete the images immediately and
upload new ones.
Why is the image so small?
We want to optimise the images for web to quicken the loading time of
each page.
I cannot download the image file sharing style?
We do not have file download facilities. The interface is for you to
upload and view only.
What kind of paper is my
photograph printed on?
All photographs will be printed onto KODAK royal paper.
What kind of printing process is used (photograph)?
We use the latest digital wet printing technology available to ensure that
prints are of the highest quality.
What kind of printing process is used (paper A4, A3, Business Cards)?
We use a colour laser Xerox printer.
Why cant I see the drag and drop upload box?
JAVA 1.4 is required. For windows users please follow on screen
instructions when prompted to install JAVA. It is advised that Windows 2000
and XP users get the latest service pack from the Microsoft website.
